Australia is well known for its superb woods and Yellow Box Burl is considered one of their best! This heavily burled wood is heavy and dense and has a straight to interlocked grain. The heartwood ranges from light pink to golden brown with some having a pale blonde to grayish sapwood. It turns well, and looks awesome! As with all burls, there may be small voids.
