This new Spalted Hackberry Hybridz blank has "one-of-a-kind" written all over it!
It is cast with dark blue granules in a silver-blue base! Meticulously hand-crafted from stabilized Spalted Hackberry, this blank is cast in Alumilite pearl resin.
The casting process penetrates the pores and most voids in the wood making these blanks easy-to-turn as this particular resin limits chip out. No two blanks are alike. For best results, finish with CA glue. (Note: As with most spalted woods some small voids and worm holes may need to be filled with CA glue.)
