Figured Jatoba 6 x 6 x 2" Bowl Blank.

These figured Jatoba blanks are really nice! Jatoba is probably most commonly known in North America as "Brazilian Cherry". It is exceptionally strong and hard and a great value for woodworkers. It has a good natural luster and its heartwood varies from a light orangish brown to a darker reddish-brown, sometimes with contrasting darker grayish brown streaks. Color tends darken upon exposure to light.
