Bimble Box Burl, (Eucalyptus Populnea) is a species of Australian Eucalyptus that is found in central and coastal areas of Queensland to northern New South Wales. The tree can reach up to 90 feet tall. Bimble Box is fairly dense, hard and has great turning properties. It has a golden-honey heartwood with tan sapwood. As with all burls, there may be small voids.
